Axcess offers a variety of tags from its ActiveTag™ automatic identification product line. These tags for monitoring, tracking and identifying allow for protection and management of assets, personnel and vehicles.
Asset Tag:
The Asset Tag is a tag used for wireless, long-range monitoring and effective asset protection. The tag can be attached to virtually any asset such as laptops, computers, peripherals, electronic equipment, pallets, inventory items, and more.
Wireless transmissions from the tag travel through walls and obstructions, sending signals up to 25 feet within a standard facility. Longer range transmissions are also possible in open spaces, such as warehouses and computer rooms. Multiple tags can be read simultaneously and with accuracy due to the Asset Tag's unique identification capabilities. The tags allow both the asset and one or more carriers to be identified automatically in a hands-free process, providing maximum security while having the freedom of movement.
A tamper-prevention feature is available, triggering the tag to transmit an alarm signal if removed. Also available are Asset Beacon Tags to assist in the tracking and monitoring of tagged objects across wide areas by automatically transmitting beacons on selected, timed intervals.
