Active Tags

Asset Tag:

Protecting valuable and expensive assets such as laptops, desktops, peripherals and other electronics as well as pallets and other high-dollar items is easily accomplished with our high-performance asset tag. Easily affixed to almost any surface, they provide superior security and monitoring throughout any enterprise or supply chain.
ActiveTag™ asset tags provide continuous signals through walls and other obstructions for distances up to 25 feet. Longer ranges are possible in open and uncluttered spaces such as warehouses and data centers.
All asset tags are equipped with our unique, proprietary anti-collision capabilities that allow multiple tags to be tracked simultaneously. Both the asset and the user are tracked by the system without any further input from the viewer. Linking assets to multiple users is both fast and efficient and enhances the overall security of the asset.
The tags, themselves, are tamper resistant and will send an alert of the tag is removed from the asset or damaged in any way. An enhanced version of the tag, Asset Beacon tags, are available and will send a signal at predetermined times to enhance tracking and monitoring.

Credential Tag:

It is often necessary to track the personnel in a facility as well as the assets. A credential tag provides a useful tool for granting access privileges, people tracking and resource management opportunities. The associated signals can travel distances up to 35 feet and will penetrate clothing, luggage, walls and even other people.

Personnel Tag:

For more extreme environments, the personnel tag provides a more durable and customizable tag. It operates in a manner similar to the credential tag but is much thicker and is fully potted for extreme durability. There is also a “beacon” enhancement available for this tag for superior covert monitoring and tracking.

Replaceable Battery Tag:

If a more compact tag is required, the replaceable battery tag is 40% smaller than the personnel tag and runs on compact lithium batteries. A very useful tool for tracking, it also supports a push-button, panic alarm system.

Patient Tag:

The care and monitoring of patients of every type is very important to healthcare facilities. Patient tags monitor the location and ensure the safety of every patient from babies to the elderly. Tags easily attach the existing disposable wristbands in use at every hospital.
Patient tags also reliably link mothers to their infants and staff to their patients and can be used to identify patients without actually disturbing them.  Patient tags can be programmed to transmit signals for real-time tracking and, more importantly, the tags will send an alert to the monitoring system when patients wander into unauthorized areas.

Metal-Mount Tag:

Specifically designed to monitor and protect metal assets, the metal-mount tag is ideal for securing laptops, desktops and any other valuable metal asset such as pallets of electronic equipment over long distances and without further oversight.

Container Tag:

The significant numbers of containers used by companies demands an affordable security tag solution. The Container Tag offers enhanced security, ease of movement and superior tracking capabilities. Once the container is filled and secured, the tag is used to guarantee that the lock will be left undisturbed. If the lock is opened or removed in any other way, the tag will immediately transmit a signal to the system.

Universal Sensing Appliance Tag:

In many ways, this is the most versatile of the active tags. In addition to security, this tag can provide information on temperature, motion, pressure and several other variables. The information can then be transmitted, wirelessly, to network receivers and, if necessary, the appropriate steps can be taken. They are far easier to use and more cost-efficient than any other alternative.

Vehicle Tag:

These are designed for operation in variety of environments and applications and available in an array of tags. Vehicle applications read vehicle tags at high speeds. These tags are optimized for fleet management, equipment tracking and access control of both commercial and residential gates.

Most of the standard vehicle tags are thin profile tags usually mounted in the vehicle. They can also be carried by the driver for tracking, access control and automatic hands-free vehicle identification.

The Replaceable Battery Tag interior mount with the exterior Metal Mount Equipment Tag are created to operate in rugged environments, including extreme temperatures. They also host replaceable battery vehicle tags.

IronGate BioCard:

The on-card self-enrolling biocard™ called IronGate™ shares the secure and compact on-card 1:1 authentication with Factor4biocard--and will securely send its encrypted data at least 35 feet with multiple users in the area. This makes it simple to change identities. The Irongate biocard is ideal for exterior access control--from perimeter security stations to vehicles. It can only be authenticated by its unique user, making identity theft or fraud impossible.

Factor4 BioCard:

The compact self-enrolling on-card biocard is called Factor4 and it contains a powerful rechargeable wireless power source. After Factor4 biocard's oncard 1:1 authentication identifies this unique user, it will transmit the authentication certification wirelessly up to 10cm.

Identity management is simplified because Factor4's biocard can hold many authentication certificates and other requirements for transaction. It can also secure documents and digital images. Because only the unique user is able to authenticate, Factor4biocard removes the risk of theft and fraud, making identity management much easier.
