Container Tag

Axess provides a collection of tags that complement its ActiveTag™ automatic identification product line. These tags have been created to complement a variety of applications for employees, vehicle, and asset monitoring.
Container Tag:
The Container Tag offers a cost effective solution to aid in tracking and moving cargo, as well as increase in cargo security by making sure that all goods within the shipping containers remain untouched. The Container Tag is attached to a container, once all products have been put inside. The tag tamper is activated once it is inserted in the container’s locking mechanism with the RFID tag’s coaxial leads.
If the container’s door is opened or if the tag is removed unknowingly, a silent alert signal is sent out. Once the receiver picks up this signal, they are able to notify the appropriate party that the container may have been broken into and that the electronic seal has been tampered with. The tag also has the ability to send container ID directly to the entry port’s personnel, making compromised container easily identifiable.
